The BS-MS Programme:

Scholarship of Rs 25000/- per annum will be given to top 20 rankers in AIEEE taking admission on the first day of counselling for all the four years of study. Students of integrated B.tech and M.tech in CSE/ECE 5 years course will be offered a stipend of Rs 8000/- per month for 5th year.
- M.Tech.- CSE-/Signal Processing/VSLI Design/Nuclear science & technology and nano Science and technology – all 2 years- stipend of Rs 8000/- per month for every admitted student in above M.tech. 2 years course.
- MCA- 3 years
- Integrated M.Tech ( Nuclear science & technology) – 3 yaers
- Ph.D. in all areas of science/engineering /technology
